Shipping & Delivery
What are the shipping charges? We offer FREE WORLD-WIDE SHIPPING on orders over $100 via international EMS to all sneakers orders on Pickmyairmax.com.
What shipping options do you offer? Basically we ship our packages via international EMS - WORLDWIDE EXPRESS MAIL SERVICE. It is Fast and Safe! If you would prefer UPS, FedEx or TNT, please Contact Us first.
How long will it be before I receive my order? All orders are processed before being shipped. Processing time takes 1-2 business days. Once processing is done, sneakers are shipped. It will take 3-7 days thereafter to get the shipped merchandise. Most of our international clients receive their orders in less than one week.
Can I track my order? Yes, a tracking number would be sent to your registered email address when order is shipped. You may track it at EMS site.Or you can check it by clicking on the "Tracking" link on the top of every page of our store.
What is the status of my order? Your order status will be available immediately after your order has been placed, by simply clicking on the "My Account" link on the ritht top of every page of our store. And you will be able to view information about your order there.
What information should I offer for a smooth Shipping & Delivery? Customers are responsible for providing a full valid address, including apartment number if applicable, for delivery. You are responsible for arranging mail forwarding if you are moving, and for putting a vacation hold if you do not anticipate that you will be at home when the package is due to arrive. Customers are entirely responsible for ensuring the receipt of the package, and Pickmyairmax.com will not be responsible for returned orders due in part by customer negligence.


Refund & Exchange
Pickmyairmax.com offers a 30 Days Satisfaction Guarantee. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with the Nike sneakers you ordered from us, we will gladly accept your return for an exchange or refund within 30 days of your delivery date if the following conditions are met:
Returned sneakers must be completely new in saleable condition. We will not accept returns and/or exchanges if there is evidence that the sneakers have been worn outdoors.
The original shoebox and accessories must be returned with the sneakers in new and saleable condition. PLEASE PACK THE SNEAKERS, SHOEBOX, AND ANY ACCESSORIES INSIDE ANOTHER SHIPPING BOX. Returns without the original shoebox and accessories will not be accepted. Returns using the shoebox as a shipping box will not be accepted either.
A return authorization number must accompany all returns and exchanges. To return a product, simply fill out the Return Authorization Form for a return authorization number.
Defective sneakers will be accepted within 30 days of the delivery date for exchange only. We will accept a defective product within 30 days. After 30 days, the damage will usually be considered normal wear and tear associated with athletic sneakers.


Return for Exchange:
Return Shipping Charges Customer will be responsible for the any charge to ship the sneakers back to Winnersneakerâ„¢ with a US$15 shipping fee (do not send check). If you are sending more than 1 pair of sneakers back for exchange, then it will be US$15 for the first pair and US$10 for each additional pair. The shipping fee will be used to ship the exchanged sneakers back to you.
Sneakers returned for exchange If the desired sneakers are out of stock, the return will be treated as a return for refund.  Winnersneaker.com will issue a refund less standard shipping fee. For free shipping sneakers, a US$15 shipping fee (US$15 for the first pair and US$10 for each additional pair) will be retained to cover shipping charge, and we will notify you by email about your refund.
Worn kicks Used or worn kicks will not be accepted without a defective item return authorization. Please contact us if you believe your kicks to be defective. All returns and exchanges must be new and completely unworn.


Return For Refund:
Return Shipping Charges Customer will be responsible for the any charge to ship the sneakers back to Pickmyairmaxâ„¢.
Kicks returned for refund Kicks returned for refund that were sent with Free international EMS shipping will be refunded less the shipping cost, approximately US$15 for the first pair of sneakers and US$10 for each additional pair.
Worn sneakers Worn and used sneakers will not be accepted without a defective item return authorization. Please contact us if you believe your sneakers to be defective. Items received worn or damaged will not be eligible for refund.


Returns must include the shoebox and all accessories. The original box and all accessories must be included or a charge may apply. The sneakers, shoebox, and accessories MUST be packaged within a shipping box in order to return. Taped shoeboxes will not be eligible for a refund.
Please allow 14 business days for us to receive and process your returned merchandise.
We recommend using an insured parcel service such as international EMS for all returns. You may use the tracking number they provide to track the status of your return.
